MOBILE VERSION IS A MUST HAVE

A mobile version of your website is crucial to the success of your online marketng strategy. When you arrive at a site and the desktop version is renderd, the text is tiny and almost impossible to read unless you pinch in to see teh expanded text and scroll around the page sections to get it all. Very tedious and most users will just go back to the search results and find a site that they can easily read. This can cost you potetnial cusomters. People on the move with mobile do not have time to engage something that is less than convenient to use. A mobile optimized website will yield the maximum amount of possible desktop/mobile visitors. MOBILE SITE TYPES

There are two basic types of mobile design websites. Standalone is a site that is completely seperate from the desktop site and has it's domain. It's managed just like you have two website becasuse in acutality you do. One for mobile and one for teh desktop. They may be identical but the mobile site is specifically designed to diplay well on the smaller devices. The other type, and the one that the web design community has been gravitating toward, is called responsive desingn. Repsonsive deisgn has code in the main desktop site detecting what kind of device taht the visitor is on, then serving up a version that displays best on that device. They each have thier pros and cons, but overall, responsive is probably the better choice. It is such when any changes are made to images, test, or design, those changes instantly apply to both sites. With standalone, you have to make changes in both places individually.
